Information We Collect From You
When you sign up with MYLOTTORESULT, you establish personal account for the lottery text results service. During the account creating process and/or to place an order, we may request contact information (such as name, a valid email address, cell phone number and address)

Information Relating to Minors.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the MYLOTTORESULT Services. Any person who provides their information to MYLOTTORESULT through the account registration page for new customers or any other part of the MYLOTTORESULT site represents to MYLOTTORESULT that they are 18 years of age or older. MYLOTTORESULT is in no way directed at persons under 18 years of age. Referral Program
During and after participation in the Referral Program you and/or your friends may receive additional communications from us or our affiliates in relation to the Referral Program and you and/or your friends' participation in it.
The data we collect through the Referral Program is only used for the operation and ongoing maintenance of the Referral Program and will not be used for any other purposes or distributed to any third parties other than those MYLOTTORESULT affiliated partners that may be helping us in the operation and maintenance of the Referral Program. If you use our Referral service to download your address book information from your web based email account, we will immediately delete any account information that you have provided us once the download is complete.
You and your friends may opt-out of participation in the Referral Program at any time via opt-out links in all communications made to you and your friends through the Referral Program or by sending an email to support@mylottoresult.com.
International Visitors
MYLOTTORESULT is hosted in the United States and is intended only for United States visitors. At this time, MYLOTTORESULT's services are not available to overseas visitors.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy is effective as of May 1, 2007 As we update and expand our services, we may make changes to this policy. If the changes result in materially less protection for your personal information than that provided in this policy, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and obtain your consent to the changes before using information that we have previously collected.
